Postpartum can be an absolute whirlwind - from healing from birth, nourishing your little one, sleepless nights, and all the feels. I know firsthand how depleted you can feel and how overwhelming it can be to figure out how to make things better. I specialize in helping moms - from one day postpartum to many years postpartum - optimize their nutrition for energy, mental health support, and weight goals.

My training as a dietitian covers a lot of different nutrition concerns and conditions. I can offer Medical Nutrition Therapy to support nutrition treatment for medical conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure or support you in meeting your wellness goals such as weight loss or muscle gain.

Mom of two little humans, registered dietitian nutritionist, and personal trainer.

I’m an introvert, enneagram one, and coffee lover who places far too many Amazon orders (shhh… don’t tell my husband!). 

I love working with women throughout all life stages, but I have a special love for those in the throes of postpartum. I experienced challenges postpartum that drove me to dig deeper into how nutrition can support my body through this difficult time. I’ve been there and want nothing more than to help ease the transition into motherhood for other women in similar spots.
