general nutrition
Nutrition is foundational to health and longevity. Almost everyone can benefit from another set of eyes to help them navigate the confusing world of nutrition. It may seem like eating should be simple, but for most people, we were never even taught the basics. I love providing education whether you are a newbie working on what you eat or are a seasoned health nut and looking to optimize.
My training as a registered dietitian covers a lot of different nutrition concerns and conditions. I have experience in everything from diabetes education, hypertension management, weight loss, sports nutrition, and many other areas. If your needs fall outside of my typical area of postpartum nutrition, there’s a good chance I can still support you.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out so we can see if it is a good fit to work together. If we don’t end up being a good fit, I will do my best to point you in the direction of someone who may be able to help. Regardless, I look forward to hearing from you!

A dietitian is a licensed provider that has a minimum of a four-year degree, 1000 hour internship, passes a credentialing exam, and is required to maintain continuing education. They are the only provider who can offer Medical Nutrition Therapy to support nutrition treatment for medical conditions. Check out the About page for more about my current credentials.
