postpartum nutrition

I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to step into motherhood postpartum. You’re healing from delivery, your boobs hurt as your milk comes in, and you’ve got a little one to keep alive, all while hardly getting any sleep.

On top of that, maybe postpartum isn’t exactly what you expected it to be. A time you envisioned being wrapped up in newborn bliss is somehow clouded with all the feels - low mood, anxiety, discomfort in your body, total depletion.

While these feelings may be common, they don’t have to be your reality.

Nutrition can play a foundational role in getting to the root cause of these issues and be a key support in healing and thriving in motherhood.

You deserve to feel energized and at home in your body and role in motherhood.
