Mom of two little humans, registered dietitian nutritionist, and personal trainer.

I’m an introvert, enneagram one, and coffee lover who places far too many Amazon orders (shhh… don’t tell my husband!). 

I love working with women who are looking to conceive, are currently pregnant, or are in the postpartum stage. This is such an exciting time that can be filled with so many questions. I’m here to alleviate the stress and overwhelm that can come with navigating nutrition and fitness during all the stages of motherhood.
